Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Publish job vacancies through various recruitment channels
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment documentation
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates
- Assist with new employee orientation processes and other HR-related initiatives.
- Prepare and administer employment documents, including Employment Agreements and Fixed-Term Employment Contracts (PKWT).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidates with experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources will be highly preferred
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of psychological assessments and behavioral interviews is an advantage

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Familiar with job portals, social media recruitment, Canva
