Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain and organize legal records and documentation.
- Provide legal and administrative support to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on legal matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H. / LL.B.)
- Prior experience in a legal role is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, contracts, and applicable regulations.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to draft, review, and manage legal documents
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) & Canva
- Excellent legal research and legal writing skills
