We are seeking a highly motivated and competent professional to join our company as a Project Management Staff. In this role, you will be involved in project planning, coordination, progress monitoring, documentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to the required standards.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and control new model 2 Wheel development projects according to targets and KPIs.
- Prepare, manage, and control project-related documents.
- Coordinate internal and external project meetings.
- Prepare and monitor project progress reports.
- Present project progress and re ports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project activities are completed according to the established timeline and targets.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Project Engineering, or a related position, preferably in the automotive/manufacturing industry.
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Possess a valid SIM A.
- Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Specific Skill
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
