This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient procurement processes and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. An exciting opportunity awaits those with strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities
- Handle purchasing of utilities & general items to support business operations
- Create a summary of purchases & control documents

Prepare and manage purchasing documents (PO, invoices, etc.)

Negotiating price, quality, and delivery terms
- Searching for and evaluating suppliers/vendors
- Ensuring the availability of materials to support operational needs

Maintain good relationships with suppliers
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Maximum 27 years old
- Having a Car Driving License
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Integrity & Responsible
Specific Skills
- Good command of English both spoken and written
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
